Public building permit records from the cities and counties we cover.

Do other pros get leads in my zips?

Yes. Zips are shared, not exclusive, so other subscribers in your trade may get leads from the same zips.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

If you can't close any work from your leads in the first 30 days, email hello@permitworm.com. Just show us that you tried to contact them, and we'll refund your payment.

Can I change my trade or zips?

Yes. Use the preferences link at the bottom of any daily email to change your trade, metro and up to 5 zips anytime. Changes show up in your next 6am email.

How do I cancel?

Cancel your plan anytime from your preferences page; the link is at the bottom of every daily email. No contracts. The unsubscribe link only stops the emails. It doesn't cancel your plan.

Do you do postcards?

Not yet. We're working on done-for-you postcards and will email subscribers when they're ready.
